STAGE 4.2 DOCUMENTATION - DETAILED DESIGN
Objective: To document the detailed design requirements of
the Client in collaboration with the whole team, keeping the budget
in mind. To do this we will;

Team meetings
|
Confirm the timetable for moving forward and work required for
detailed documentation from all team members.
Conduct team meetings for all members to contribute to the
development of the detailed design.

Detailed Design
|
Prepare specification, schedules and drawings of detailed
finishes, material selections and detailing.
|
|
Prepare essential joinery (kitchen, laundry, bathrooms) and wet
area design and detailing.
|
|
Prepare electrical and lighting layouts.
|
|
Update all general arrangement drawings and window/door
schedules
|
|
Assumptions
|
Client will work with us to identify their preferred selections
in a timely way.
Team members will work in a collaborative and cooperative way to
help deliver a timely and proficient service.
All team members - including the client! - will work to sign off
on collective decisions.
Three meetings with client in our office to review drawings and
make selections.

Outcomes
|
- Coupled with the CC, a complete set of drawings and
specifications suitable for the builder to confirm the total price
of the project.
|

Additional fees
|
Any changes to the design initiated by the
client.
Any changes to the selections after initial agreement is
reached.
Any additional joinery items as noted above.
