STAGE 3 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION
Objective: To prepare and coordinate the information required for a DA submission to the local Council. To do this we will;

Finalise architectural plans, elevations and sections with notes and dimensions
Integrate outcomes of work of consultants into our documentation.
Prepare a Statement of Environmental Effects - more complex projects will require this to be done by a planning specialist
Prepare shadow diagrams.
Complete a BASIX assessment (excludes Thermal Modelling and certification).
Assumptions
One meeting with client in our office to finalise documentation and sign forms.

Additional fees
Co-ordination of the work and reports of consultants
SEPP 1 objections OR Heritage statement OR landscape plan if required from us.
Any changes to the design initiated by the client.
Meetings and/or other negotiations with Council and/or neighbours
Hourly rates
