To prepare and coordinate the information required for a DA submission to the local Council.
To prepare and coordinate information required for the drawings needed for a Construction Certificate.
To document the detailed design requirements of the Client in collaboration with the whole team, keeping the budget in mind.
To develop, document and detail the interior design strategy.
To assist the client to find a suitable builder for the project. Ideally, the appointment of the builder will occur early in the process.
To administer the contract between the client and the builder in a fair and impartial manner to ensure the design is properly realised in the built form.
To assist clients to develop a major part of a system within which their lifestyles can create sustainable ways of operating.
