Landcom's Ecoliving Sustainable Homes Display Village

This project involves the design and construction of three homes that will showcase 3 homes demonstrating increasing levels of sustainable ideas and materials suitable for the project home market. Caroline has been engaged by Landcom to contribute sustainable design advice to the team. Clarendon was selected from a selection process to help deliver this the project home market. House 1 will be current best practice, House 2 will be built from a more sustainable selection of materials while House 3 will be designed to be able to operate with net zero emissions. The sizes and designs will be adapted to suit the varying target markets. A product data base resulting from an EOI from materials suppliers and a village of the built houses is aimed at promoting easily accessible information for all players in the market.
